Return of goods

We, SL-lingerie employees, are customers in our daily lives, so we understand the importance of things like returning goods. We always speak humanely, we do not ask you to fill in documents that indicate the reasons for returning your product, and we try to facilitate this process as much as possible. However, we must also indicate the standard return rules that comply with the law of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

All problem cases should be decided according to the rules below, in all other cases just contact us and we will solve everything as soon as possible info@skinlovers.lv.

1. If a product of substandard quality was sold to the buyer and the seller agreed with the buyer on its defects, the buyer has the right, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to request from the seller of his choice:

1.1. Exchange a low-quality product for a quality one.

1.2. Sufficiently reduce the price of the product.

1.3. After a reasonable period of time free of charge to eliminate defects in the product.

1.4. Reimburse the costs of elimination of defects in the product, if the seller does not eliminate them after the specified deadline, if the defects are remedied by the user or a third party.

1.5. Unilaterally terminate the sales contract and the right to demand a refund for the purchased product.

2. The product quality guarantee is set by the seller of the product.

3. The goods are exchangeable or returned at the place of purchase of the goods or at another place indicated by the seller, which is convenient for the buyer. The buyer submits a written claim to the seller stating the defects of the goods and one of the requirements mentioned by the buyer. The claim shall be accompanied by a cash register receipt or a purchase-sale receipt, or a document of purchase and sale of another product, approved by this seller, and a guarantee document (if the sold product has a quality guarantee term).

4. If the buyer does not have a cash receipt or other established document of purchase and sale of the goods, the goods shall be changed or other requirements specified in Paragraph 1 of these Regulations specified by the buyer shall take place, with the consent of the seller.

5. If disagreements arise between the buyer and the seller due to the quality of the product, the seller, upon receipt of a written request from the buyer, must contact the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate in the Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter - the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate) response from the inspection, immediately notify the buyer.

6. If the seller does not comply with paragraph 1 or 5 of these Regulations, the buyer may, due to the assessment of the quality of the goods, apply to the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate, but upon receipt of a response from the Inspectorate, shall immediately notify the seller.

7. The costs of product quality assessment shall be paid in accordance with the procedures specified in legal acts.

8. The seller and / or buyer may, if requested, take part in the assessment of the quality of the goods.

10. If the seller indicates that the defects of the goods were caused by the buyer himself not observing the terms of use or protection of the goods, such goods are not exchangeable, the defects are not remedied free of charge and the money is not returned.

11. If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product, he has the right to exchange the same product within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the seller has set a longer term.

If the seller does not have the goods required for exchange, the buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within the term specified in the first paragraph of these Regulations and receive the money paid for them.

12. The goods specified in Paragraph 11 of these Regulations shall be exchanged or returned at the place of purchase of the goods or at another place specified by the seller and convenient for the buyer. The buyer submits a written claim to the seller stating his claims. It is accompanied by a cash register receipt or a purchase-sale receipt, or a document confirming the purchase-sale of another item from this seller.

13. The buyer may exercise the rights referred to in Paragraph 11 of these Regulations if the goods have not been used, they have not been damaged and the external properties of the goods have not been lost. The goods or their packaging, if damaged, in order to view the goods, shall not be considered as a change in the external characteristics of the goods.

14. If a dispute has arisen due to the appearance of the goods or due to damage thereto, the seller shall apply in writing to the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate, upon receipt of a response therefrom, and immediately notify the buyer thereof.
